I finally come to a decision, where it is time for me to quit Edoovel forum. I will not manage the forum anymore from today onwards, and all posts will be tried to move to this blog. I know, it is tough to manage a forum, in moderating and encouraging members to post. I had tried my best, even giving up my academic, to make this forum alive. But, due to several reasons, I felt so tired managing that forum and eventually decided to quit.

Edoovel started its journey on 3 March 2008, just after the first term examination. Initially, it is targeted to provide educational information, such as SPM Trial Papers and Scholarships Information. However, due to busy lifestyle in school, I gave up the plan to provide Scholarships Information. There are two admins, Chicken and me. After that, Law Enforcer is appointed as an admin and banned Fallen Angel for 2 weeks for spamming in that forum. Hereby, I am sorry to announce that Law Enforcer is a virtual admin used to ban members. However, I am glad that Fallen Angel is not a spammer now.

Google and Yahoo finally indexed Edoovel.ipbfree.com after a several hard work of submitting URL to those search engine.

Chicken, the admin quitted the administrator group as he felt that he didnt contribute to the forum. I respected his decision, but due to his hard work and tutor in building this forum, I remained him as a moderator.

Plans are carried out to make Edoovel.ipbfree.com popular, but attempt failed. Invitation emails sent returned zero new registered members. I felt disappointed.

Self Problem
I had to concentrate on my studies, thus a blog is easier to manage then a forum. I am sitting for SPM next year, and I want to get scholarships too. So, my result can't be bad.

Secondly, I am a person who doesnt like to socialize with others. No point building a forum without interacting with the members.

Members Problems
Ok, I am not blaming members, but this is a fact.
First, there is just 22 members with 3-5 active members. Members do not want to post although efforts are made to encourage them.
Secondly, no new register members. I wait for month but nobody register with my forum.
Third, the topics often go unreplied. I used to encourage members to post by opening lots of topic, but no one seems to care.
Forth, NO PEOPLE ONLINE AT ALL. Everyday I logged in, there isnt any members online for that they. Sob.
Fofth, information is not good. No good review or suggestions given by members.

Security Problems
Maybe it is a consequence submitting URL, this forumis indexed in an offensvie forum. I had no idea why they put a link to edoovel.ipbfree.com, since I never visited there, nor affiliates them. (update: the post is removed)
There are many guests everytime I logged in. Those guests are registering, but no new member at all. Probrably is spambot.

Above clearly stated why I quit Edoovel.ipbfree.com.
However, from my deepest heart, I would like to thank Chicken, Deceptor, Fallen Angel, shinigami, charlene212lee and colour for being a loyal member.
